Ingredients:
- 1 Box Sunflower Haché
- 5 oz Water
- 2 tbsp Egg Replacement
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 Diced Onion
- 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 Beet Root
- 1 Potato
- Lettuce
- 1 Tomato
- 4 Burger Buns
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix throughly. Prepare a cooking tray with wax paper and press ingredients into the shape of a patty.
2. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side. Prepare buns topped with lettuce, tomato and onion.
3. Add patty to bun and top with your choice of dressings or toppings.
