What determines the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping is based upon the weight and/or dimensions of your order, as well as the distance from our point of shipment (Florida) to your location. Rates are calculated automatically by the United States Postal Service (USPS) authorized software embedded into our online order form. We have no influence on the rate calculated.
Note: This information only applies to orders within the USA and to Canada. International shipping quotes are customized and inclusive of handling charges.
How does one get a promotion code?
Promotions are held at the discretion of the marketing department and occur several times per year, usually to introduce new products. Promotion codes are sent via email to registered customers and announced on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) a few days prior to the event.
