Return & Refund Policy

Shipping Policies and Returns

Orders will be processed, packed and shipped within three (3) days upon receipt, pending payment verification. Back-ordered item(s) will ship free-of-charge to the customer once available unless canceled in the meantime. Orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) only.

If Buyer is not completely satisfied for any reason with the product(s), Buyer can return the unused portion of the order within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a full refund in the original form of payment less the original shipping and packaging charge. Buyer must carefully package the product(s) and is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sunflower Family must physically receive the returned product(s) within the thirty (30) day period to warrant a refund. Sunflower Family reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Buyer may send return product(s) and receipt to: Sunflower Family Inc.
