Shipping and Handling

Orders will be processed, packed and shipped within three (3) days upon receipt, pending payment verification. Sunflower Family shall not be liable for failure or delay in shipment of any accepted order or any part thereof by reason of shortage of materials, labor difficulties, floods, fires, government priorities, actions taken or threatened by any government agencies, acts of God, or other contingencies or acts not within the sole control of Sunflower Family.

Sunflower Family shall have the right to deliver any products ordered by a Buyer in separate shipments and on different dates. Packaging and packing is in accordance with Seller’s standard practices, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Policies and Returns

Orders will be processed, packed and shipped within three (3) days upon receipt, pending payment verification. Back-ordered item(s) will ship free-of-charge to the customer once available unless canceled in the meantime. Orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) only.

If Buyer is not completely satisfied for any reason with the product(s), Buyer can return the unused portion of the order within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a full refund in the original form of payment less the original shipping and packaging charge. Buyer must carefully package the product(s) and is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sunflower Family must physically receive the returned product(s) within the thirty (30) day period to warrant a refund. Sunflower Family reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Buyer may send return product(s) and receipt to: Sunflower Family Inc.
