Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Sunflower Haché
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp paprika paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
Dough Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/2 tbsp fresh yeast (or 2 1/2 tsp dried yeast)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups flour
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water; add oil and salt while stirring
2. Mix chili powder with 1 tsp vegetable oil and add salt to it
3. Form dough into a ball, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes
4. For the stuffing – mix all ingredients (slightly lumpy) and season to taste
5. Divide dough into 10 portions of 3 oz each
6. Pour flour onto a flat surface and roll out each dough portion to the size of a dinner plate
7. Take two spoonful of stuffing and spread thinly and evenly from the center to the edge
8. Bake at 430°F for 10 – 12 minutes
9. Garnish with fresh tomatoes, arugula, cucumbers, and vegan cashew crème to your liking!
