Ingredients:
- 1 box Sunflower Haché
- 3-4 Cup Water
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Dried Marjoram
- 1-2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 Parsley Stalks
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Put the flour, almond flour, soy sauce, tomato paste, mustard, paprika, marjoram, chili powder, pepper, salt and olive oil in a bowl. Add 1-2 cloves of garlic and parsley and stir well.
2. Put the Sunflower Hache? into a separate bowl and hydrate with 3/4 cup water. Add the moistened Sunflower Haché into the other bowl and mix thoroughly.
3. Form the cevapcici by rolling into logs. Fry them in the pan or on the grill. Serve with vegetables, rice or pasta as you like.
