Ingredients

  • 1 box Mushroom Stew
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 9 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

1. Sauté onions in sunflower oil. Once soft, add mushrooms.

2. Sauté until mushrooms are cooked then add water, haché, and seasoning blend. Stir ingredients and bring to a boil.

3. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with rice, potatoes, or pasta.
