Ingredients:
- 1 Box Chili Sin Carne
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Cup Kidney Beans
- 1 Cup Corn
- 1-1/2 Cups Water
- Fresh Parsley or Coriander
- Sunflower / Vegetable Oil
Directions:
1. Preheat stovetop with pan to medium heat and add a small amount of sunflower oil.
2. Add the full bag of Sunflower Haché, diced onion, kidney beans and corn. Stir for 2-4 minutes.
3. Add the seasoning blend included in the box and 1 cup of water. Stir thoroughly.
4. Garnish with fresh parsley and coriander.
