The winners in the World Food Innovation Awards 2018 have been announced as part of a special awards ceremony at Hotelympia, the foodservice event being held in London this week.

The annual awards, organised by FoodBev Media and held in association with Hotelympia, celebrate all that is good about innovation in the global food industry.
