This simple vegetarian lasagna recipe gets a delicious dinner on the table in minutes.

For the lasagna
- 1 package Sunflower Haché
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 9 strips of lasagna noodles, cooked
For the cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella plus extra cheese for topping
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
In a pan, heat 2 cups pasta sauce and 1 package of Sunflower Haché. Combine 1 cup ricotta cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
Spread 3-4 tbsp sauce on the bottom of a 9×9 oven safe dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles. Spread 1/3 cheese mixture and then 1/3 sauce mixture. Repeat process two more times.
Add extra water inside sides of pan if needed to make sure pasta is covered in sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella to cover top.
Broil 5 minutes or until golden brown.
